Peter has lived and worked in Nunavut for the past 30 years and is currently living in Iqaluit with his wife and children.

 

Peter has lived and worked in Nunavut for the past 30 years and is currently living in Iqaluit with his wife and children. He is the General Manager of Uqsuq Corporation, responsible for purchase of petroleum products in Iqaluit, Nunavut. Peter began his Northern career with the Northwest Territories Power Corporation in 1996. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC). Under Peter’s direction, QEC became the first Nunavut corporation or department to achieve unqualified audited financial statements from the Office of the Auditor General.
