Karl O’Keefe has worked in the field of optics for more than 23 years and brings extensive experience and dedication to his role as General Manager of Polar Vision, a position he assumed in October 2024. He began his career after completing a two‑year Optical Science program at NAIT and has since built a career focused on providing quality vision care across the North.

Since joining Polar Vision in September 2012, Karl has traveled extensively throughout communities in both Nunavut and the Northwest Territories, ensuring residents have access to dependable vision care services. His commitment to client well‑being and personalized support reflects his passion for helping people see clearly and comfortably.

Karl first moved to Yellowknife in 1997 and has made the North his home ever since. He is deeply dedicated to ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care for their vision needs.
